The location of this hotel is simply stunning. Set in a beautiful area, it offers a quiet and peaceful environment. The clean and comfortable beds provided a great night's sleep, and the temperature control in the room allowed for personalized comfort. The Chalet, Suite A3, where we stayed, was bright and clean, with a lovely balcony and barbecue. The newly renovated interior and picturesque lake view make this property truly remarkable. We even enjoyed a boat ride and had a great barbecue lunch with family and friends, while the kids had a blast in the playroom and adults enjoyed the pool table. it was a fantastic experience.
Would recommend this hotel.

We had an amazing time at this resort. the location was perfect, with a breathtaking view of the lake from our bedroom window. the service was excellent, with the staff always ready to assist us. the cottage was clean and well, equipped with everything we needed, from linens to appliances. the self check, in process was hassle, free, and the detailed instructions made it easy to settle in. We were impressed with the attention to detail, including the provision of shampoo, body wash, and dishwashing soap. We highly recommend this resort to our friends and family.
The check, out time of 10:00 a.m. was a bit early for our liking.

The beach at Muskoka Waterfront Retreat Villa was absolutely stunning. I thoroughly enjoyed swimming and lounging on the sandy beach, taking in the beautiful surroundings. The activities provided, such as paddle boards, kayaks, and canoes, were a fantastic bonus and added to the overall enjoyment of my stay. I also loved the privacy and tranquility of the location, making it the perfect spot for a relaxing vacation. The fire pit right on the beach was a great touch, and having wood provided was convenient. Additionally, the proximity to Algonquin Park and the hiking trails was a major plus.
While my overall experience was wonderful, there were a couple of minor issues. The lack of a broom and dustpan in the cottage made it a bit challenging to keep everything clean, especially with the sandy environment.

I had a fantastic time at Muskoka Waterfront Retreat. The location was absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views of the lake. It was such a peaceful and quiet setting, perfect for a relaxing getaway. I loved that there were canoes available for guests to use free of charge, allowing me to explore the beautiful lake at my own pace. The newly renovated interior of the resort was impressive and showed great potential for becoming a top-notch resort once all the renovations are complete.
While the exterior of the property looked a bit run down, it was clear that the new owners were actively working on renovations. There were some minor housekeeping issues in my room, but the young housekeeping staff were friendly and promptly addressed the problem.

The location of this retreat is amazing, with a short walk to the beautiful public beach of Dwight and a great beach at the resort itself. the beds in the rooms were comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. the retreat also offered the use of water equipment, allowing us to enjoy the waterfront even more.
There was no TV with cable in the rooms, which was a bit disappointing. the internet provided was slow, making it difficult to utilize streaming services or other online entertainment options.
